We are officially an IB Continuum School!

We are pleased to share news that marks a milestone in the history of our school: we are now an IB Continuum school! This recognition makes us the first and only school in Granada to offer all three International Baccalaureate (IB) programmes: the Primary Years Programme (PYP), the Middle Years Programme (MYP) and the Diploma Programme (DP).

What does it mean to be an IB Continuum school?

Being an IB Continuum school means that we offer a comprehensive and coherent education from the early years through to pre-university, following the standards and philosophy of the International Baccalaureate.

This recognition is granted by the International Baccalaureate Organisation (IBO) after a rigorous authorisation process that evaluates in depth our pedagogical vision, teacher training, school management, available resources and the involvement of the entire educational community.

Becoming an IB school is not just a simple accreditation: it is the result of years of hard work, training and commitment to educational excellence. This external distinction guarantees that our school meets the highest international standards of educational quality and is prepared to offer a transformative learning experience at all stages.

• PYP (Primary Years Programme) - Infant to Primary 6: encourages learning through enquiry, developing children's natural curiosity and ability to make connections between different areas of knowledge.
• MYP (Middle Years Programme) - 1st to 4th ESO: prepares students for the academic and personal challenges of adolescence, promoting critical thinking, intercultural understanding and effective communication.
• PD (Diploma Programme) - 1st and 2nd Baccalaureate: an internationally recognised, rigorous programme that opens doors to universities around the world and develops essential skills such as research, analysis and ethics.
