Exchanges and Stays Abroad
At Agora Granada College International School we offer a wide range of opportunities for students to improve their language skills, such as stays and exchanges.
A unique international experience through which students will be able to develop autonomously in another language and which will allow them to open up to the world, interact with students from other countries and cultures and acquire values which will be useful for the rest of their lives. One of the main objectives is to learn the language, although this experience brings many other benefits to the students, such as opening their minds to other cultures and cementing values such as respect for diversity. These skills will help them to become true citizens of the world, facilitating their access to a great professional future.
The Globeducate group's extensive international network of schools allows us to offer our students exchanges, summer courses or boarding stays in prestigious schools in other countries, as a complement to the trips included in the academic programme. A unique opportunity to live valuable international experiences with students from all over the world.
Curricular Exchanges and Stays
From the age of 10, our students have the opportunity to participate in exchanges with different destinations, such as the Globeducate group centre Collège EIB Monceau Paris in France (5th Primary), the Wilhelm von Humboldt School in Berlin, Germany (2nd ESO), the Maartens College in Groningen, Holland (3rd and 4th ESO) or the Rundle College in Calgary, Canada (4th ESO). These exchanges help them to gain independence and responsibility, facing everyday situations in which they learn to make decisions and practise a foreign language while experiencing a new culture.
Academic year at Stonar, UK
Students at Agora Granada College International School have a unique opportunity to be part of the prestigious English school Stonar, with 120 years of experience, small classes and a campus of more than 32 hectares, for a whole academic year, a term or a semester. A valuable international experience they will remember for the rest of their lives.
Stonar is located 90 minutes from London, next to the city of Bath, and offers small classes, all kinds of leisure activities and the possibility of following the British curriculum without students losing contact with their local tutor.
In addition to its excellent academic programme and outstanding facilities, Stonar provides students with a language immersion context surrounded by students from all over the world, with whom they live 24 hours a day, sharing experiences among peers and forging friendships they will treasure for a lifetime.
The residences in which they stay are prepared for optimal academic development, avoiding unnecessary travel and distractions outside the campus. They are comfortable and complete residences, which allow boarding students to enjoy their free time in common areas with wifi, television and video consoles.
But the best thing about Stonar is its spectacular campus: boarding students have free access to the school's extensive sports facilities to play tennis, horse riding, swimming or football with their new friends. The aim is to allow them to completely relax and socialise with peers from all over the world, in a supportive and open approach where they learn from the older ones and support the younger ones.
